The high-strength backing paper effectively prevents breakage, adhesive residue, or delamination during cutting or punching processes, thereby improving the yield rate in subsequent processing.
The tape has an overall thickness of 80 microns, which is a moderate thickness that balances concealment and bonding strength. Its adhesion strength reaches 10 N/25mm, meeting most medium-strength bonding requirements. Meanwhile, its tensile strength of up to 40 N/25mm demonstrates the excellent synergy between the base material and adhesive, providing good mechanical toughness and load-bearing capacity while reducing the risk of breakage during use.
